Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact)
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Exchange Process

Follow the same process as returns, but clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item. We’ll process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item.
